Project Brief

Fabric & Trims
We review fabric options, Pantone color matching and accessory trims to fit your custom sportswear design, performance features and brand preferences. From performance polyester, moisture transfer knit fabrics to matched threads, logos, labels and hardware, our team guides you through material sampling, color confirmation and quality assessment. We deliver accurate color swatches and material specs for golf, baseball, basketball and outdoor apparel, to make sure the final garment matches your design vision perfectly.

Sampling
We develop prototype samples to verify fit, stitching workmanship and fine details. We check pattern accuracy, fabric drape and overall finish. Any adjustments to silhouette, construction or trims are communicated promptly. Sample feedback guides revisions, ensuring the final design fully matches expectations before mass production.

Production
We kick off bulk production once all specs are fully confirmed. We follow finalized patterns, fabric standards and workmanship requirements throughout the whole manufacturing line. Quality Review
We conduct comprehensive final inspection for finished garments. We cross-check every piece against the approved sample, verifying sizing, colour, stitching and surface finish. Defects are screened out strictly to ensure all goods meet the agreed quality standard before packing.

Packing
We carry out packaging following your specified requirements. We arrange inner packs and cartons as confirmed, protecting garments well for transit. We coordinate shipment logistics to ensure reliable delivery of your sportswear order.
